THE LATINA DULCE'
	A spicy, slightly- sweet blend of dark chocolate and white chocolate (50-50%), two kinds of oatmeal for great chewy texture and wonderful oaty flavor, walnuts, brown sugar, a blend of spices and a little cayenne for just a bit of heat. The spicy heat seems to slide up under the slight sweetness of the white chocolate and linger. The most interesting cookie Ive ever had.
